SmartyGrants Pricing

SmartyGrants users pay an annual fee based on their annual grants / awards / scholarships disbursement, allowing you to lock in your budget allocations with certainty.

If your organisation is uncomplicated, your annual fee will be straightforward. Large or complicated organisations with multiple departments, very large disbursements and/or very small application volumes (and/or the equivalent in scholarships/awards), should contact us for a tailored quote.

Most SmartyGrants users do not require implementation services so do not pay set-up costs. However, we do offer a suite of consultancy services for customers who wish to engage an expert to support their implementation.

Our Pricing Model

The SmartyGrants pricing model is based on how much money is given away per Instance*, rather than number of users, number of applicants or number of programs (these are unlimited in our model).

Using a tiered pricing model, based on the annual spend of each Instance, has allowed us to offer SmartyGrants to funders of all sizes and types via a simple, transparent, predictable pricing model.

Current subscribers can view Rate Cards after logging in to their SmartyGrants account.

* In SmartyGrants an “Instance” describes one “tenant” on our multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each Instance contains an isolated collection of settings, programs, rounds, applications, data and user permissions. Instances can have settings applied to enable custom features and localisations.
